This documentary recounts our journey through a remote area of northern Pakistan, near the border with Afghanistan.
For two weeks we explored the Kuk-e-Yaz and Yishkuk glaciers, which flow into the isolated Chapursan Valley, a restricted-access area in the Hunza-Nagar region, within the Gilgit-Baltistan province. There are no reliable maps of these mountains, so it is essential to have the help of farmers, shepherds and miners, who have partly reconverted their traditional professions to become mountain guides.
