Wilderness trip to Iran

EXPLORATION AND ADVENTURE

18 – 31 of May, 2022

This is a very special trip, not only because the purpose is to see and photograph wildlife in a country that is not usually associated with nature, but also because nobody has done it before, not even us. We will go to places that are not prepared for tourism inhabited by Asian cheetahs, caracals, Persian onagers, gazelles, sheep and wild goats.

To see photographs of the places we are going to visit, we leave you a few links. However, keep in mind that there is little information, mostly in Farsi and English, and that not all the photos you will see are of high quality.

WHAT’S THE PLAN?

As it is a prospecting trip we cannot guarantee anything except the taste of adventure and the excellent manner and organization of Farzin Malaki, Iranian mountain guide and inveterate adventurer (caspiantrek.com). For all this, Indomitus will not charge for the service, which results in a significantly lower price than in future editions.

ABOUT IRAN

Iran is a country that arouses contradictory feelings: rejection and fear for a theocratic and authoritarian regime that subjugates the people since 1979, and at the same time an irresistible attraction caused by the legendary stories of greatness and mystery that have shrouded this land since time immemorial.
Many people keep the ideas of machismo and religious fanaticism fueled by sensationalist information and do not strive to deepen in a fascinating culture and society. Iran is much more than the Ayatollahs.

In the sections HISTORIAS and VIAJES of the personal website of Tato Rosés (tatoroses.eu) you can find more information and photos about this fascinating country.
